Tropical Kale Smoothie

This smoothie packs a powerful nutritional punch, and tastes so yummy you’ll be wondering where the kale is.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup pineapple, chopped into chunks
  • 1 banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1 cup kale, chopped (ribs and thick stems removed)
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve & enjoy!
